RED BULL POWDER KICK - International Big Mountain Competition, 21-24 February 2008
International Big Mountain Competition will take place on some of the steepest slopes of Todorka peak, Pirin Mountain, Bansko, Bulgaria from February 21 to 24th. The best Bulgarian freeriders will compete with some of the most experienced world freeride skiers taking part in this event.

Robert Gustafsson will arrive on 21 Feb to be part of the judging panel. Robert is Founder and Event Director "Scandinavian Big Mountain Championships" 1992-2007. He is also founder and Event Director "King of the Hill" 1994-2000; Event Director "Red Bull Big Air", 2001-2004; Event Director "Freeride Åre", 2000-2007; Event Director, "New Generation Events" at FIS Alpine World Championships 2007.
Robert was judge on Red Bull Snow Thrill, Chamonix, 1998; O'neill/Swatch Freeride, La Grave 1998; World Extreme Skiing Championships, Tignes, 2001; Swedish Big Mountain Championships, 2000-2007; Scandinavian Big Mountain Championships, 1998-2007.
He was also the Event Director for IFSA Europe 1999-2002.

The riders who find their names in the "selected" list are expected to send a confirmation mail for their participation before 12 February 2008 to competition@befsa.com Every rider without confirmation will be replaced by a rider from the "waiting" list. Call for attention - please, check the web site of the event and your e-mails regularly for additional and new information.

NEWS(31.01.2008): The registration for Red Bull Powder Kick 2008 finished. Freeriders from Austria, Bulgaria, Germany, Canada, Norway, Romania, Russia, Slovenija, Czech Republic, Switzerland, Sweden registered during the given 11 days. The total number of the rider is 67, 45 of them will be approved for the competition. The "selected riders" list will be published on 04.02.2008.
